Our standard delivery service for UK Mainland orders is 3-4 working days (subject to availability and excluding public holidays). Orders should be placed before 2pm and the items must be in stock. If we are temporarily out of stock of any item we will contact you and advise of any delay.
Items which require special packaging or are oversize, may incur extra charges. We will advise of any extra charges before dispatch.
For company purchases within the European Union please send us an email with your company details, purchase order number, transaction number and your valid VAT number. We will refund the VAT to your payment card, subject to confirmation of validity.
A signature will be required upon delivery. After two unsuccessful attempts to deliver, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. Any further deliver attempts will be chargeable.
For deliveries outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery Costs
Delivery is free of charge if your postcode starts with either CB10 or CB11 (Local Delivery).
Delivery is free of charge for UK Mainland orders over £50.00 excluding VAT.
All other UK Mainland orders will be delivered at a charge of £4.95 excluding VAT.
Deliveries to UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland weighing up to 10 kg, can be charged up to £20.95 excluding. VAT.
Deliveries to Europe Mainland weighing up to 10 kg can be charged up to £40.00 excluding VAT.
All other overseas deliveries will be charged at cost, which will be advised prior to taking payment.
Local Pick-Up
If you live locally to our Saffron Walden store or know someone who does, simply select our free ‘Local Pickup’ option when you’re checking out on our website. All you have to do is come and collect your order from our shop – we’ll do all the rest for you, completely free of charge.
